Lindsay Martin
Vice President of Business Operations
Lindsay began her construction career in 2015 with a large steel erection company before joining Greene and Associates in 2018 as a Project Coordinator. She quickly advanced into a leadership role, overseeing internal operations including accounting, human resources, marketing, insurance, and project management. In 2023, Lindsay was named Vice President and became a part owner of the company.

Jesse Carlson
Vice President of Field Operations
Jesse is a 20+ year veteran of the mechanical trades. A highly skilled craftsman, he has extensive experience installing a wide range of mechanical systems, including welding, ductwork, and plumbing. In 2020, Jesse transitioned into the role of Director of Field Operations, where he oversees crew coordination and ensures resources are strategically deployed for maximum efficiency. He also serves as a key liaison between field teams and management, addressing both project-specific and company-wide matters. In 2023, Jesse was promoted to Vice President and became a part owner of the company.

Julie Burkhalter
Lead HVAC Estimator
Julie has been a key member of the team since 2006, starting in an operations support role managing bid documents, submittals, and project closeout documentation. She quickly developed a deep understanding of construction plans and specifications, which propelled her into an HVAC estimating role in 2016. Julie now leads all HVAC estimating efforts for the company, large and small.

Ryan Smith
Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager
Ryan joined the company in early 2024, bringing 18 years of field experience. He began his career in the plumbing industry in 2008, earning his Journeyman license in 2012 and his Master Plumber license in 2016. Throughout his time in the field, Ryan specialized in medical construction, working on a wide range of projects across multiple hospitals in Central Georgia. Today, he serves in a dual role as Lead Plumbing Estimator and Project Manager.

Sarah Crum
Bookkeeper
Sarah attended the College of Southern Maryland, where she studied Accounting and Business Administration. She joined Greene and Associates in July 2021 as our Bookkeeper, bringing over 15 years of experience in the accounting field. Her background includes all aspects of financial operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, quarterly and annual tax filings, and the preparation and analysis of month-end and year-end financials. The majority of Sarah’s experience has been within the construction and industrial/manufacturing industries.

Delana Defore
Accounts Payables Clerk
Delana attended Middle Georgia State University and brings over 25 years of experience in accounting. She has been with Greene and Associates since 2024 serving as our Accounts Payable Clerk, where she manages high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency. Outside of work, Delana enjoys antiquing with her husband and spending time with her English Bulldog, Maggie Ray.

Kayla Mattingly
Project Coordinator
Kayla attended Middle Georgia State University, where she earned her associate’s degree in Special Education. She later expanded her experience into customer service, market management, and service dispatch before joining Greene and Associates in 2024 as a Project Coordinator. Kayla plays a key role in supporting daily operations and is committed to growing her career within the construction industry. Outside of work, she enjoys playing video games and crafting, often with her chihuahua by her side.

Chip Greene
President
Chip is the 3rd generation in his family involved in the mechanical contracting business. He has 30+ years' industry experience, the last 25 as the owner of Greene & Associates. Chip has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Mercer University and holds a Master Plumber’s License, a Conditioned Air License, and a Class II Boiler License.
