Design/Build

Greene & Associates has performed numerous projects on a design/build basis. Working with engineering partners we can deliver design documents ready to go in order to break ground quicker and more efficiently than the traditional design-bid-build method. In addition, with the contractor and key subcontractors being involved from the beginning of the commercial construction project, costs can be controlled as the design progresses so that once pricing is submitted it is within the budget constraints of the project.

Plan & Spec

In addition to providing full design services, Greene & Associates has the expertise to price any project based on plans and specifications you provide. Even with this delivery method, we usually have a relationship with the architects and engineers allowing us to work together to resolve any challenges we may face during the progress of the project in McDonough, GA, and surrounding towns.
